Performance,
service and functionality are much better
than with anything else we've seen

Densan Consultants developed NewsLink
to meet their client's demands for a flexible,
cost-effective electronic media monitoring tool.
The concept is simple. Clients subscribe to as
many information providers as they wish. NewsLink
then provides filters and procedures to integrate
the content into a comprehensive, web-based system.

| Each NewsLink solution
is custom built from a selection of the following
software modules: |
| |
Administrator - software
and utilities to receive news feeds, edit
content and manage the media monitoring system; |
| |
Web Publisher
- tools necessary to implement the NewsLink
solution on an Intranet; |
| |
Custom Query
- software to manage full newspaper feeds
and permit client staff to perform custom
filtering of the news and wire feeds; |
| |
Analysis Module
- software to integrate with the Administrator
module to permit users to analyze information
content and produce tables, charts and graphs;
and |
| |
Alerts Module
- software to allow users to create their
own news profiles with the option to receive
the content via email on a daily basis, or
run the profiles on-line. |

We've
not seen comparable levels of support from
anyone else in a long time.... Keep up the
good work!

Densan Consultants can tailor both individual
modules as well as the entire resulting product
to the specific news-monitoring needs of its client.
For full-text searching of retrieved news clippings,
Densan Consultants is now migrating all of its
clients on to the dtSearch Text Retrieval Engine.
"Performance, service and functionality are
much better than with anything else we've seen,"
said Denis Roberge, Executive Vice President,
Densan Consultants. Densan is using the dtSearch
Text Retrieval Engine to search both content from
external news sources as well as media-related
content of a client's, such as press releases,
speeches, media summaries, and media analysis.
Regarding dtSearch developer support, Mr. Roberge
adds: "We've not seen comparable levels of
support from anyone else in a long time. Keep
up the good work!"
